电仪自控系统特点：  (1)、主电机、喂料电机、调速器全部进口。直流采用英国欧际公司590全数字系列调速器。交流采用日本      三垦变频 调速器、微处理器控制，调速范围宽，精度高，运行安全可靠。 (2)、应用数字组态技术，彻底解决主机联锁停车与正常连续生产的矛盾，保证预警，瞬间停车，瞬间停车      分段作用，更加合理可靠。 (3)、主机软水冷却系统电磁阀、接线端子、按钮指示灯、继电器、电气保护器等均采用进口或合资产品。 (4)、温控系统采用日本RKC智能双通道产品。具有大屏LED显示，P/D参数自整定，数字通讯，温度报警及      加热断路指示灯等功能。 (5)、电控柜设计宽敞，通风散热，便于维修。 (6)、电气安装配线的工艺质量，整机电控参数和安全性能，实行严格监控，确保工作安全可靠。 The features of automatic control system for electric equipment:  (1)The major electrical machinery,feeding machinery and governor are all imported,British 590 series digital governor is used in medium or high power machinery.Frequency conversion speed controller and microprocessor manufactured by Sunken or Siemens are used in low power machinery.The range of speed change is wide.Speed can be changed with high precision and the poeration is completely safe. (2)Technology of digital group state is used and the problem of interlock interrupt of the host machi-ne is completely resolved.This guarantess the section operation of early warning and instant stall, which is more reasonable and reliable.  (3)The electromagnetic valve,binding post,push-button indicator,electric relay and electric protective device of the host machine water colling system are all manufactured in foreign companies or joint ventures. (4)Japanese RKS intelligent two-channel product is used in temperature contronl system.It comprises LED display,p/d parametric self programming,digital communication,and heaying disconnection indicator etrc. (5)The spacious control cupboard is well ventilated and easy to maintain. (6)The installation,wiring condition,parameter or electric control and safty are all under careful supervision.
